Insurance
PROPS does NOT accept any insurance programs.
We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Does my plan cover out-of-network (OON) benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Do I have a health savings account or plan (HSA/HSP) or a flex spending account (FSA)?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
We can provide proper documentation for you to submit to your insurance company to be reimbursed for services provided out-of-network. You are also encouraged to use your flex spending account (FSA) or health saving account/plan (HSA/HSP) for our fees or your copay.
Payment
We accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Zelle is the preferred method of payment. Payment is due at the time of service. You must pay your session rate in order to be granted access into the virtual meeting room via Zoom or in person.
